This website is operated by Neatra Cleaning & Property Care, a cleaning and property-care business based in Perth, Western Australia. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “Neatra” refer to that business.

We collect only the information needed to respond to your enquiry and deliver our services:

• Property details: suburb, postcode, property type, size and the service you're interested in.
• Service preferences: frequency, preferred dates and times, access notes and any special requirements you choose to share.
• Optional photos you upload to help us quote.
• Where relevant and with your consent, contact details for a support coordinator, plan manager, property manager or family member you ask us to liaise with.
• Technical information such as the page you enquired from and marketing attribution (UTM) parameters.

We do not ask for medical information. If you share it voluntarily we use it only to deliver the service you have requested and do not store more than necessary.

How we store and share it

Enquiries submitted through this website are processed by the following providers on our behalf: Vercel (website hosting), Supabase (secure database storage of enquiries and any photos you upload) and Resend (email delivery of enquiry notifications to us). Each provider is bound by its own privacy and security terms. We do not sell personal information. We share it only with people and systems needed to deliver your service, or where required by law.

Analytics and cookies

If enabled, this site may use analytics tools such as Google Analytics to understand site usage. These tools may set cookies. You can block cookies in your browser without affecting your ability to request a quote.

How long we keep it

Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to respond to you. If you become a client, your details are kept for the duration of our relationship and then for as long as Australian tax and business record-keeping rules require. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
