No. Neatra is not currently an NDIS registered provider and does not display NDIS branding. We provide private home cleaning services. If you receive funding for help at home, please check with your plan manager or coordinator whether our services can be claimed.
Do you ask for medical information?
No. We only ask about things that affect the cleaning itself, such as accessibility considerations, products to avoid and how you'd like us to communicate. Your medical details are not our business.
