What you can expect from a Neatra quote
Quoted in writing before you book
Every price is confirmed in writing alongside a clear scope. No verbal estimates that change on the day.
No surprise increases
If a job turns out larger than described we'll talk to you before doing extra work, never after.
Transparent about minimums
Regular cleaning has a minimum booking so a visit is long enough to do properly. The minimum is stated in your quote.
Travel
No travel fee applies within our core service area. For suburbs further afield we'll confirm any travel allowance in your quote before you book.
Rescheduling and cancellation
We ask for reasonable notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. Our full cancellation terms will be confirmed in writing with your quote.
Pricing basis
Whether prices include GST will be stated on your quote and invoice.
