An inspection-ready vacate clean, with the scope in writing
Moving out is stressful enough without worrying whether the clean will pass inspection. Our vacate cleaning follows a checklist aligned to what Perth property managers look for, and the scope is confirmed with you in writing before we start.
We don't promise outcomes we don't control: no 'guaranteed bond back'. What we do offer is a clear scope, a thorough clean, and re-clean support where it is included in your quote should the property manager raise an item within our scope.
Vacate clean checklist
- Kitchen: inside and outside of all cupboards and drawers, benches, sink, splashback, rangehood filters
- Oven, cooktop and grill degreased (included as standard in vacate cleans)
- Bathrooms and laundry: tiles, grout, screens, vanities, toilets, exhaust fans, cabinets
- Walls spot-cleaned for marks and scuffs; skirtings, doors and frames wiped
- Light fittings, switches, power points and ceiling fans dusted
- Windows cleaned inside, tracks and sills vacuumed and wiped
- Wardrobes and built-ins wiped inside and out
- Floors vacuumed and mopped throughout; balcony or patio swept
Not included (or quoted separately)
- Carpet steam cleaning and pest control, which your lease may require separately (we can advise what to arrange)
- External window glass above ground level, garages and heavy rubbish removal unless quoted
