Questions

Disability Household Cleaning FAQs

Are you an NDIS registered provider?
Not at this stage. Neatra is not an NDIS registered provider and does not claim to be. We provide private home cleaning services. If you receive funding for help at home, please check with your plan manager or coordinator whether our services can be claimed, and we'll be straightforward about what we can and can't do.
Can my support coordinator arrange the service?
Yes. We're happy to liaise with support coordinators and plan managers for scheduling, scopes and invoicing, with your consent.
Will I know who is coming?
Yes. Consistency and predictability matter, especially in home support. We confirm who is attending before every visit and follow the scope agreed with you.
