Practical household help, delivered with respect
Domestic assistance is about keeping a home comfortable, hygienic and safe when day-to-day tasks have become harder. It might be a weekly clean of the kitchen and bathroom, help with laundry and linen, or a fortnightly whole-home tidy.

Neatra's domestic assistance is planned around the person, not a template. We agree what help is needed, how often, and who to keep informed.
Domestic assistance can include
- Regular cleaning of kitchen, bathroom and living areas
- Vacuuming and mopping floors
- Laundry: washing, drying, folding and putting away where agreed
- Changing bed linen and making beds
- Light tidying and dishes
- Taking bins out and bringing them in
Not included (or quoted separately)
- Personal care, medical or nursing tasks
- Shopping, meal preparation or transport
Neatra is not an NDIS registered provider, a healthcare provider or a disability support provider. We provide practical home cleaning.
