A home that stays clean, not one you keep catching up on

Before your first visit we agree a written scope: which rooms, which tasks, and anything you want us to prioritise. Every visit then follows the same checklist, so the standard you see on day one is the standard you keep.

What a regular clean covers

• Kitchen benches, splashback, sink, stovetop and appliance exteriors wiped
• Bathrooms and toilets cleaned, mirrors polished, fixtures wiped
• Floors vacuumed throughout and hard floors mopped
• Dusting of surfaces, skirtings, sills and reachable ledges
• Beds made or linen changed on request
• Bins emptied and liners replaced
• General tidy of living areas so rooms feel finished

Not included (or quoted separately)

• Inside ovens, fridges and windows (available as add-ons)
• Washing, ironing and laundry folding unless agreed in your scope
• Heavy-duty first cleans: we recommend a deep clean to reset, then maintain
