How do you access my building?
Most residents arrange a swipe fob or lodge our details with the concierge. We confirm access arrangements before the first visit and keep any keys or fobs secured and logged.
Can you clean the balcony glass?
Yes, we clean internal balcony glass and the inside of balustrade panels where safely reachable. External facade glass is usually managed by your building.
